1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Ensolvar's website, or by engaging our solar installation, Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC), and distribution services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Service Description and Scope

Ensolvar specializes in end-to-end solar solutions, including residential and commercial solar installations, AMC services, and wholesale solar distribution. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at our discretion without prior notice.

3. User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during consultation and booking processes.
  • Ensure your premises comply with the necessary structural and regulatory requirements for solar installations.
  • Use our platform and services strictly for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable local, state, and national laws.

4. Payments and Commercial Terms

All quotations, estimates, and invoices are subject to our commercial terms. Payment schedules will be clearly outlined in your project agreement. Failure to adhere to payment terms may result in project delays or suspension of services. Prices are subject to change based on market fluctuations prior to final agreement signing.

5. Warranties and Guarantees

Solar panels, inverters, and related equipment are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties. Ensolvar provides a workmanship warranty on our installations, the specific terms of which will be detailed in your service contract. Routine maintenance under AMC is subject to the conditions specified in your AMC agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ensolvar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of our services, equipment failure, or third-party actions.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Uttar Pradesh, India.
