Business Compliance

• All procurement data must be accurate and authorized
• Orders are processed only against confirmed commercial terms
• Buyers must provide valid commercial and tax details where required

Prohibited Usage

• Political misinformation or unlawful procurement activity
• Violation of Indian commercial, tax, or regulatory laws

Limitation of Liability

Ensolvar is not responsible for manufacturer policy changes, delivery delays, third-party restrictions, or any resulting business losses.

Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Indian law. Courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
