No Refund on Used Credits

All Solar message credits are non-refundable once they have been used or activated. Users are responsible for ensuring proper usage before initiating procurements.

Technical Issues

If a verified system error occurs on our platform, we may offer credit replacement or extend the validity of unused credits. Cash refunds are not provided under any circumstances.

Solar Policy Changes

Refunds are not applicable for service interruptions, restrictions, or account actions caused by Solar or any third-party platform policies beyond our control.

Refund Requests

To request a review, email support@ensolvar.com with full details. All requests are reviewed within 7 working days.

All decisions made by Ensolvar are final.
