Refund Policy

At Ensolvar, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional solar installation, AMC, and distribution services. We understand that circumstances may change, and this policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations and refunds are processed.

1. Project Cancellations and Deposits

For solar installation projects, an initial deposit is required to secure equipment and schedule our engineering team. If you cancel your project before equipment dispatch and physical installation begins, your deposit may be refunded minus an administrative and engineering consultation fee. Once equipment has been dispatched or installation has commenced, deposits and payments become non-refundable.

2. Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)

AMC subscriptions are generally billed annually. If you wish to cancel your AMC prematurely, a pro-rated refund may be issued for the remaining unused months, less a cancellation fee. No refunds will be provided for past maintenance visits or if the cancellation occurs within the last 90 days of the contract term.

3. Product Distribution and Purchases

For B2B wholesale and direct product distribution, returns and refunds are only accepted in cases of manufacturing defects or damage during transit, provided the issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery. Standard buyer's remorse or incorrect ordering by the client does not qualify for a refund.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

5. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a cancellation or request a refund review, please contact our support team at support@ensolvar.com with your project details, invoice number, and reason for the request. All requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
