FAQ

Common pricing questions

Clear answers about package pricing, subsidy calculation, warranties, EMI, custom system sizes, and quote details.

Q: Are these prices for the full solar system?

Yes. The listed prices are complete standard package costs for solar panels, inverter, mounting structure, wiring and protection, fitting, commissioning, and basic project support. Final quotations may change after site review if civil work, cable distance, roof height, or structure requirements are different from standard scope.

Q: What does the after-subsidy price mean?

The after-subsidy price is the estimated effective customer cost after subtracting the eligible PM Surya subsidy from the total system cost. Subsidy approval depends on government rules, customer eligibility, DISCOM process, and final system size.

Q: Why does residential pricing start from 2kW?

Most home customers get better value from 2kW and above, so Ensolvar starts residential system pricing at 2kW instead of 1kW.

Q: Can I get pricing for a system size not shown here?

Yes. Use the custom requirement card if you need a different wattage, special roof structure, battery backup, brand-specific design, or a system size between the listed plans.

Q: Why is industrial pricing custom?

Industrial solar cost depends on connection type, sanctioned load, HT/LT scope, cable distance, structure design, safety requirements, and site access.

Q: What warranty and maintenance support is included?

Eligible systems include a 25-year solar panel warranty, 5-year inverter warranty, and 1-year free maintenance support. Warranty terms can vary by brand and product model, so the final quotation confirms the exact warranty details.

Q: Which solar brands are available?

Ensolvar currently shows Adani, Tata, and Luminous as available brand options. Brand recommendation depends on budget, stock availability, warranty preference, inverter compatibility, and project requirements.

Q: What should I share to get the correct quote?

Share your city, monthly electricity bill, roof type, preferred system size, electricity connection type, and preferred brand such as Adani, Tata, or Luminous.
